3. Can I receive an offer in advance?
If you send us your panoramic X-ray, CT scans or your treatment plan (even without prices) received by your doctor or fill in our contact form, we provide an approximate offer together with a price calculation within 24 hours, which will include the detailed price of your stay.

Compared to the dental prices of Western-Europe you can save even 60% on a combined work, which can often mean 5-10.000 Euros.

6. How can I pay? And when do I need to pay for the treatments?
On your arrival, when the surgery of your requirement is performed. You can pay by credit or debit card or by cash of foreign currency (GBP, EUR, USD).
7. What materials are used?
We use the best materials, alike the Western countries, from Germany, Switzerland, Japan and from The United States. All the used materials possesses ISO quality certificate.
8. What happens if I have nickel-allergy?
We only use nickel-free metal or gold alloy. We are able to provide you with nickel-free ceramic bridges or crowns in which we use aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide or work with the newest, galvanic technology.
9. If I would like implants, how would it be possible?
First of all the implant replacement takes place, which needs one day (with an aeroplane journey back and forth you would need 2-3 days). After 1-3-6-8 month(s) healing time you have to come back for the abutment (crown or bridge) which would fit into our 5-10 days dental programme or if you have the required amount of bone, we can make a temporary denture onto the replaced implant(s) right away. With this option you can go home the same or next day.
10. What can I do if I have any illness which makes the intervention more difficult?
First of all, our patients go under a full medical examination for the sake of the most secure intervention. Our doctors possess internationally high qualifications so that to provide the best treatments, considering all possibilities.
11. Until when and what types of guarantees do you offer?

12. Can I arrange my own travelling?
As part of our services we are happy to organise your travel and accommodation for you. You are however, free to organise your own arrangements though you will be responsible for ensuring that your travel coincides with any medical treatment.

Yes, and we would encourage you to take some one with you during your treatment. We can offer services such as airport pick-ups, nurse/doctor accompanied ambulances, chauffeur driven cars, hotel accommodation that will make your trip as smooth and stress free as possible.
